If your football player still needs equipment there will be someone in the equipment garage everyday this week from 5:30 to 7:00!!


 
Field Work Day:
Saturday, July 31st from 9AM - 12PM we will be having our mandatory field work day at Wee Bolt Stadium.
 I encourage all of you to get your parents involved in Field Work day!
 The head coaches of teams not represented at these important dates will be suspended for the week of August 1st.

July 26-30, 6-8pm:  MANDATORY football conditioning at O.R. Edgington.

 

July 26:         Cheer practice will begin at O.R. Edgington.  Schedule will be set by your Coach, and she will notify you prior to practice.

 

July 28           Deadline for cheer parents to turn in ALL money to Cheer Director.  Cash or money order only.

 

July 28, 7:00 PM:    MANDATORY informational meeting for ALL parents at O.R. Edgington field/stadium to distribute Welcome Packet, forms and address any initial questions.

August 2:      Hardship weigh-in letter due from Head Coaches.

 

August 7:      Weigh-In for ALL football players at Ervin J. Nutter Center.  Your Coach will announce weigh-in times at practice.  Each player must attend this weigh-in in order to play. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS!!!  (This is a WOJFC league rule.)  HEAD COACH IS REQUIRED TO BE PRESENT.

 

August 14 & 15:      Premiere games.

 

August 17:                NO PRACTICE FOR ANYONE DUE TO OPEN HOUSE’S AT THE SCHOOLS

 

August 18, 6-8pm:  Hardship weigh-in at the Nutter Center.

 

August 21:    First regular season games begin.

 

August 21, 6pm:     Fish Fry at Eagle’s, West Milton, OH

 

 

 

August 24, 6pm:     Football pictures in Northmont H.S. gymnasium.

 

August 26, 6pm:     Cheer pictures in Northmont H.S. gymnasium.

 

September 30:         Homecoming Parade.

 

September 10:         Wee Bolt Night.

 

October TBA:         Cheer Awards Ceremony in Northmont Middle School gymnasium.

 

October 20, 6-8pm:            Mid-season re-certification weigh-in at the Nutter Center.  ALL football players who are within 5 lbs. below carrying weight must attend this weigh-in.  HEAD COACH IS REQUIRED TO BE PRESENT.

 

 

October 23/24:         WOJOFC tournament 1st round.

 

October 30/31:         WOJFC tournament 2nd round.

 

November 6:            Tournament semi-finals.  First game at 10:00am 

November 14:          Championship games held at Welcome Stadium.  Games will be played in 2-hour intervals with the first game starting at 10:00 a.m.

 

Cheer Equipment Return: Every Tuesday, after your team is eliminated from the tournament. Held from 6-7 p.m. at O.R. Edgington Field.
