2020 has proven to be a year like we've never seen and we appreciate your patience and support as we've waited on guidance from local and state health officials over the past few months.

We wanted to create this page for all things COVID-19 related so you have a resource page available at your fingertips. The Wee Bolts will do our best to keep up with the ever changing information surrounding COVID-19, but the most up to date information may be found at coronavirus.ohio.gov.

Randolph Stadium QR Code

We ask that one person per household scan this QR Code and fill out our Google Form in order to comply with COVID compliance on gamedays. We appreciate your cooperation and thank you in advance!

Team Compliance Manager Information

Each Football team and Cheer squad have an assigned COVID Compliance Officer to help keep the overall process managed. As we work thru the season, we appreciate any feedback and you can express that to your team's CO.

The main way we will track our athletes is through the Daily Assessment Google Form that your team has provided a link for. This will need to be completed prior to practice / game before your athlete will be permitted to participate. This Daily Assessment is accessible via mobile device for easy access. If you have technological questions regarding the use of the form, please contact your team's CO or Cyndi Swafford. We've set this up to be as easy as possible and it should take less than a minute to complete each day and includes an accurate record of your athlete's temperature.

We cannot stress enough that if you experience any of the symptoms listed on the form that you stay home until you are symptom free.

We have a few COVID related waivers in place during the 2020 season. Please get these completed documents to your Team Representative ASAP.
