Physicals
ALL cheerleaders will be required to bring their completed 2024 GCYC Physical Form (click link to print physical form) to first practice. This should be given to the head cheer coach or assistant cheer coach.

Cheer Practices
Practices will be determined by the Cheer Coach for each grade/color. Coaches will notify their squad of their practice days -- which will typically be held 2-3 times per week following the week of Cheer Camp.
